   A on the spot, here, there, Il. 1.492, etc.; αὖθ' ἐπὶ τάφρῳ 11.48; ἐνθάδε κ' αὖθι μένων Od.5.208; ἐν Λακεδαίμονι αὖθι Il.3.244; αὖθι ἔχειν to keep him there, as he is, Od. 4.416.    2 of Time, forthwith, straightway, Il.5.296, 6.281, etc.— Ep. word, borrowed by S.Fr.522; cf. αὐτόθι.    3 later, = αὖθις, Lyc.732, Call.Dian.241, AP9.343 (Arch.):—also αὖθιν (said to be Rhegian) acc. to Theognost.
