Σκειρόμαντις; ἐπὶ Σκίρῳ ἱεροποιία Str.9.1.9; ἐκύβευον ἐπὶ Σκίρῳ ἐν τῷ τῆς Σκιράδος Ἀθηνᾶς νεῷ Poll.9.96, cf. Eust.1397.25; a district of brothels and the like, Alciphr.3.8,25, St.Byz.; cf. σκίρον.
