A sailing down, bearing down, Th.4.10; sailing to land, putting ashore, ib.26; ὁ Σικελικὸς κ. the arrival of the corn-fleet from Sicily, D.56.9. 2 sailing down stream, esp. down the Nile, ὁ κατ' ἐνιαυτὸν εἰς Ἀλεξάνδρειαν κ.
