   A which brought the birds of passage, Hp.Epid.7.105, Democr.14, Arist.Mete.362a23, Mu.395a4 ; βορέαι PHib.27.59, cf. Gem.Calend.9, Adam.Vent.44 (νότοι ib.45): hence in Ar.Ach.877, χειμὼν ὀ. a tempest of birds, a fowl-wind.    II -ίας, α, ὁ, dealer in birds, Lib.Arg.D.19, Tz.H.6.56.
