κωπητήρ: ῆρος, ὁ, παρ’ Ἑρμίππ. ἐν «Στρατιώταις» 5, κατὰ τὴν ἑρμηνείαν τοῦ Ἡσυχ. ὁ σκαλμὸς τῆς κώπης, οὕτω καὶ ὁ Πολυδ. Αϳ, 93 (τὸν τόπον δὲ τὸν πρὸς ταῖς κώπαις κωπητῆρα (οὕτως ἀναγνωστέον) καλοῦσιν)· ὁ Ἡσύχ. ἔχει καὶ «ἐπικωπητήρ· τροπωτήρ».
