   A bug, Cimex lectularius, οἱ κόρεις Ar.Nu.634 (with a play on Κορίνθιοι, cf. 710), Ra.115, al.: also fem., Sor.2.29, Phryn.277 (acc. to Suid. with gen. κόριδος, wh. is not found in Classical Gr., cf. [Gal.] 14.538).    II kind of fish, = ἔσχαρος, Dorioap. Ath.7.330a.    III a kind of St. John's wort, Hypericum empetrifolium, Dsc.3.157, Aët.16.17.
