   A thoughtful, intelligent, ἐπεὶ οὔ τι νοήμονες οὐδὲ δίκαιοι Od.2.282, 3.133, cf. Eus.Mynd.20; of philosophers, Luc.Philops.34; νοήμονα τέκτονα χαλκοῦ Epigr.Gr.907.5 (Sinope).    II in one's right mind, opp. παραφρονέων, Hdt.3.34.
