Πρόσεχε τῷ ὑποκειμένῳ ἢ τῇ ἐνεργείᾳ ἢ τῷ δόγματι ἢ τῷ σημαινομένῳ. → Look to the essence of a thing, whether it be a point of doctrine, of practice, or of interpretation.
