Call.Fr.110: generally, rent, payment for anything, γῆς Plu.2.727f; toll, Call.Del.22 (pl.).    II. τὰ ἐ., of a sacrifice, regarded as a fare paid on embarking, A.R.1.421.    III. ἐ. ὀρνίθων roosting-place, perch, AP9.661 (Jul.); ἐ. ἀοιδῆς stool for a singer, ib.140 (Claud.), cf.
