   A bearing onwards, i.e. far-stretching, ἠνεκέεσσι τρίβοις Nic.Al.592. Adv. -κέως continuously, without break, τὸ πάντων νόμιμον . . ἠ. τέταται Emp.135.2: neut. ἠνεκές as Adv., Arat.445, Call. Aet.1.2.8; of Time, ἠνεκὲς αἰέν Emp.17.35, cf. Nic.Al.517, etc. (Found in early Ep. only in compds., such as διηνεκής.)
