   A precise truth, certainty, Pi.Fr.213.4; τῶν ἡμεῖς ἀτρεκείην ἴδμεν Hdt.4.152, cf. 6.1; μαθεῖν . . τὴν ἀ. ὅτι οὐκ αἱρέει learnt for certain that he is unable to take it, ib.82, cf.
