   A space contained in a hand's breadth, Cratin.350, Ar.Eq.318, Com.Adesp.571, Scyl.112: expld. as, = παλαιστή, Sch.Ar. ad loc.; but also as, = σπιθαμή, Phot. s. h. v.; Hsch. and Suid. give both senses. (On the accent, v. Ael.Dion.Fr.136, Poll.2.157.)
