A carrying a sunshade, of the daughters of μέτοικοι at Athens, who carried sunshades for the κανηφόροι in the Panathenaic procession, v.l.ib.134 (but σκιαδοφόροι ib.174). II generally, shading, shady, Ael.NA16.18.
