Böckh Staatsh., οὐκ ἐκ συμμορίας τὴν ναῦν ποιησάμενος, Is. 7, 38; πρότερον εἰσφέρετε κατὰ συμμορίας, νυνὶ δὲ πολιτεύεσθε κατὰ συμμορίας, Dem. 2, 29, vgl. 13, 20; ὁ νόμος ὁ τοῦ Περιάνδρου, καθ' ὃν αἱ σ υμμορίαι συνετάχθησαν, 47, 21; εἰς συμμορίαν ἐγγράφειν, 39, 8; – D. Hal. 4, 18 vergleicht die römischen classes des Servius Tullius damit.
