σφυδόω

A to be in full health or vigour, σφυδῶν· εὔρωστος, ἰσχυρός, σκληρός, Hsch., cf. διασφυδόω:—Pass., δειπνοῦσιν ἐσφυδωμένοι τἀλλότρια they sup even to bursting, Timocl.29; cf. σφυρόομαι.
