Rohr, Pfeil wie śará- m., śárya- n., -ā f., śalyá- m. n., außerdem mir. cail Speer (idg. *kali-), awno. hali m., Schwanz (n-Stamm), alle im Gegensatz zu κῆλα mit kurzem (α-)Vokal; Grundwort somit wohl ein ablautender l-Stamm.
