Encompass: P. and V. περιβάλλειν, Ar. and V. ἀμπέχειν (rare P.), V. περιπτύσσειν, ἀμφιβάλλειν. Fold to one in an embrace: Ar. and V. προσέλκεσθαι (acc.); see embrace. Fold round: see coil.
