   A moist, rainy, of the west wind, Od.14.458; ἡμέρα Aristid.Or.48 (24).50.    2 abounding in water, [γῆ] ἔπυδρος πίδαξι Hdt.4.198, cf. Hp.Aër.1, Arist.Mete.347a31, Dsc.1.15.    3 living on the water, νῆτται Philostr.Im.1.9 (cf. ἐπίϋδρος).
