Schlachtordnung, acies. – das Heer in Sch. stellen, aciem od. copias od. exercitum instruere: sich in Sch. stellen, aufstellen, ordinatos od. instructos consistere: in Sch. stehen, armatos in acie stare; instructos stare (z.B. die Heere stehen in Sch., instructae stant acies): in Sch. anrücken, aciem instructam od. copias instructas admovere (vom Feld herrn); instructos succedere, gew. mit einem Zus. wie ad castra hostium od. ad aciem hostium (v. Soldaten); instructā acie accedere, z.B. ad castra (v. Feinde etc.).
