cut off one's own hair: P. and V. κείρεσθαι, Ar. and P. ἀποκείρεσθαι.
shaved: V. ξυρήκης, Ar. and V. κεκαρμένος.
with head shaved: V. κρᾶτ' ἀπεσκυθισμένη (Euripides, Troades 1026).
(you see) my head and hair shaved with the razor: (ὁρᾶς) κρᾶτα πλόκαμόν τ' ἐσκυθισμένον ξυρῷ (Euripides, Electra 241).
