τρῐπλᾰνής: -ές, πολυπλανής, πολυπλάνητος, τριπλανοῦς ποδηγίας Λυκόφρ. 846, ἔνθα ὁ Σχολ. λέγει: «τριπλανοῦς ποδηγίας· πεπλανημέναι γὰρ αἱ τρεῖς (δηλ. Γοργόνες) ἐποδήγουν ἀλλήλας ἐναλλάξ, ἕνα ἔχουσαι ὀφθαλμόν, ἢ ὅτι μία παρ’ ἑτέρας ἐναλλὰξ χρωμένη τῷ ὀφθαλμῷ, κατὰ πλάνην καὶ περιφορὰν τὰς λοιπὰς ὡδήγει» (κατ’ ἄλλην παράδοσιν αἱ τρεῖς Γραῖαι εἶχον τὸν ἕνα ὀφθαλμὸν καὶ οὐχὶ αἱ Γοργόνες).
