   A newly-forged, Id.    II (cf. ἐλατήρ III, ἔλατρον) freshly rolled out: νεήλατα, τά, new cakes, D.18.260 (expld. by Harp. fr. ἀλέω A).

[Seite 236] frisch, eben erst getrieben, geschmiedet, νεοτευχής, Hesych. Bei Dem. 18, 260 sind νεήλατα Kuchen aus frisch gemahlenem Mehle, frisch bereitet (nicht von ἀλέω abzuleiten).
