When the Athenian army seemed to have got a secure footing with an entrenched position: P. ὡς ἡ στρατιὰ τῶν Ἀθηναίων βεβαίως ἔδοξε μετὰ τείχους ἱδρῦσθαι (Thuc. 8. 40).
