   A shout εὐφήμει or εὐφημεῖτε: hence, as this was mainly done on sorrowful occasions, cry aloud, shriek, ἅπας δ' ἀνηυφήμησεν (so Brunck for ἀνευφώνησεν) οἰμωγῇ λεώς S.Tr.783, cf. E.Or.1335, Pl.Phd.60a.    2 proclaim, c. acc. et inf., Alex.Aphr. in Metaph. 767.30, cf.
