   A = ἀργύριον, generally (but not always, cf. Alciphr.3.38) in a contemptuous sense, Ar. Pl.147,Fr.547, Eup.113; ἀ. καὶ χρυσίδιον τὸν πλοῦτον ἀποκαλοῦντες Isoc.13.4, cf. Socr.Ep.36, Olymp.in Grg.p.275J.
