A snout of a pair of bellows or pipe of a pair of bellows, S.Fr.992, Th.4.100; ῥήματά τε κομψὰ καὶ παίγνι' ἐπιδεικνύναι πάντ' ἀπ' ἀκροφυσίων κἀπὸ καναβευμάτων = to unfurl chic phrases and jokes as well, all fresh from the bellows' tip and the foundry mold (as we say, 'from the anvil'), Ar.Fr.699.
