X.Cyr.3.3.2. 4 ἄ. εἰς δίκην or δικαστήριον, ἐπὶ τοὺς δικαστάς to carry one before a court of justice, freq. in Att., πρὸς τὴν δίκην ἄ. E.Fr.1049; ὑπ' ἐπίγνωσιν ἀχθῆναι PTeb.28.11 (ii B.
