ὕδνης: -ου, ὁ, = εἰδώς, ἔμπειρος (πρβλ. ὕδης), Ἡσύχ. ΙΙ. = ἔγγονος, σύντροφος, παρὰ τῷ αὐτῷ (ἴσως ὡς ῥίζα τοῦ Ἁλοσύδνη, Ὑδατοσύδνη).
