ἡ, (< ἐξείλλω) action of ejectment, brought by a plaintiff alleged to have been unlawfully ejected from or dispossessed of property, Phryn.Com. 42, Com.Adesp. 652, D. 30 and 31 tit., cf. Harp. ap.
