hinderlich, qui, quae, quod impedimento est. – ein h. Umstand, impedimentum: h. sein, impedimenti loco esse: jmdm. od. einer Sache h. sein, impedimento esse alci od. alci rei, in od. zu etw., ad alqd (v. Pers. u. Lebl.); obesse alci u. alci rei (jmdm. od. einer Sache entgegen sein, v. Lebl.); vgl. »hindern«. – es war für die Gallier beim od. zum Kampfe sehr h., daß etc., Gallis magno. ad pugnam erat impedimento, quod etc.: ich will dabei nicht h. sein, nulla in me od. per me est mora; tibi in me non erit mora: ich will dabei nicht h. sein, daß er etc., non moror, quo minus etc.
