Ἐνύδρ. 38. 59, ἔνθα ὁ Κοραῆς ἐν σημειώσει (σ. 154) λέγει: «τελλίναι ἢ ξιφύδρια, Ἐπίχαρμος δὲ (παρὰ τῷ Ἀθηναίῳ σ. 85) καὶ τέλλιν (παρὰ τὴν τέλλις εὐθεῖαν) καλεῖ τὴν τελλίναν καὶ σκιφύδριον Αἰολικῶς ἀντὶ ξιφύδριον.
