A stand of a κρατήρ, κρητὴρ καὶ ὑποκρητήριον SIG2 (Sigeum, vi B. C.: = κρατῆρα κἀπίστατον in the Attic version), cf. 1121 (Naucratis); so βάθρον ὑ. IG4.39.11 (Aegina):—also ὑποκρᾱτηρίδιον, Ion. ὑποκρητ-, τό, Hdt.1.25, Philostr. VA6.11.
