αὐίᾰχος: -ον, (ὅ ἐ. ἀFίαχος), 1) ἢ ἐκ τοῦ α ἀθροιστ. καὶ ἰαχή, καὶ σημαίνει θορυβώδης, πολυτάραχος, 2) ἢ ἐκ τοῦ αν ἢ α στερητ. καὶ δηλοῖ ἀθόρυβος: -ἐν Ἰλ.Ν. 41, ἐπὶ τῶν Τρώων εἰς μάχην βαινόντων, ἄβρομοι, αὐίαχοι, ὅπερ ὁ Ἀρίσταρχος καὶ ἕτεροι λαμβάνουσιν ἐπὶ τῆς πρώτης σημασ. ἀναφερόμενοι εἰς τὸ Ἰλ.
