Od.2.59; so in A.Supp.84 (lyr.), where the gloss of the Sch., βλάβης, confirms the reading ἀρῆς for ἄρης. (Cf. pf. part. ᾱρημένος = βεβλαμμένος, and pr. n. Ἄρης (cf. Corn.ND20), perh. also ἄρος, ἀρειά, ἐπήρεια; perh. an old ē stem.)
