ἀντευπάσχω
From LSJ
τίς γὰρ ἁδονᾶς ἄτερ θνατῶν βίος ποθεινὸς ἢ ποία τυραννίς; τᾶς ἄτερ οὐδὲ θεῶν ζηλωτὸς αἰών → What human life is desirable without pleasure, or what lordly power? Without it not even the life of the gods is enviable.
English (LSJ)
and ἀντευ-ποιέω are by recent edd. written divisim ἀντ' εὖ π. (v. Pl.Grg.520e, X.An.5.5.21, D.20.124), on the ground that εὖ never enters into direct composition with Verbs,
A v. εὖ fin.; but ἀντευποιεῖν is read in Arist.EN1179a28, Rh. 1374a24.
German (Pape)
[Seite 248] Wohlthaten dagegen empfangen; Plat. Gorg. 520 e ἀντ' εὖ πείσεται zu schreiben, vgl. Stallbaum zum a. O.
