Das Wegführen des auf der That u. über einem anerkannten Verbrechen Ertappten, der ohne weiteres ins Gefängniß geworfen u. Ἕνδεκα übergeben wird; was z. B. bei allen Diebstählen, die über 50 Drachmen betrugen, Statt fand; ἐπ' αὐτοφώρῳ Lys. 13, 85; ἀπαγωγὴν ἀπάγειν ibid. 86; vgl. Antiph. 5, 9 Andoc. 1, 88 Dem. 24, 118. Auch die Klageschrift heißt in solchen Fällen ἀπαγωγή.
