   A rush, hasten to or against, τοὺς ἄλλους ἐπιείσομαι, ὅν κε κιχείω Il.11.367; ἀγροὺς ἐπιείσομαι ἠδὲ βοτῆρας Od.15.504; ἐπιεισαμένη πρὸς στήθεα χειρὶ παχείῃ ἤλασε Il.21.424 (v.l. ἐπερεισαμένη). (Cf. ε'ἴσομαι 11: perh. fut. and aor. of (ἐπι-) (ϝ) ίεμαι.)
