Κατά μία άποψη, η λ. τίτθη είχε αποκλειστικά τη σημ. της γυναίκας που βυζαίνει, ενώ η λ. τιθήνη της γυναίκας πού είχε την υπόλοιπη επιμέλεια του παιδιού μετά τον απογαλακτισμό].
