αὐτόποιος: -ον, ὁ ἑαυτὸν ποιῶν, ὁ ἑαυτὸν παράγων, αὐτοφυής, περὶ ἐλαίας, ἀλλὰ κυρίως περὶ τῆς ἐν τῇ Ἀκροπόλει τῶν Ἀθηνῶν ἱερᾶς ἐλαίας, ἥτις τὴν δευτέραν ἡμέραν ἀπὸ τῆς ἐμπρήσεως ταύτης ὑπὸ τῶν Περσῶν ἐξέφυσε βλαστὸν πηχυαῖον, φύτευμ’ ἀχείρωτον αὐτόποιον Σοφ.
