I S. 158; ὄφρα κεν εἰς Κόλχους Μινύαις ἐπιήρανος ἔλθω, als Helfer den Minyern komme, Orph. Arg. 96, vgl. 826 u. Nonn. D. 2, 10 ἐπ. Αἰθιοπήων, geradezu = Herrscher der Aethiopen, wie ὅλης ἐπ. ἄγρης von der Artemis, der Herrinn der Jagd, id., u. πότνι' Ἀθηναίων ἐπιήρανε Τριτογένεια Marcell.
