Guerdon, privilege: P. and V. γέρας, τό. Prize: P. and V. ἆθλον, τό. Reward for bringing (a thing): V. κόμιστρα, τά (gen.). Reward for giving information: P. μήνυτρα, τά. Serving as a reward, adj.: V. ἀντίμισθος. Without reward: V. ἄμισθος, adv., Ar. and P. προῖκα, P. and V. ἀμισθί. In reward for: use prep., ἀντί (gen.). v. trans.
