Έγ', ὦ ταλαίπωρ', αὐτὸς ὧν χρείᾳ πάρει. Τὰ πολλὰ γάρ τοι ῥήματ' ἢ τέρψαντά τι, ἢ δυσχεράναντ', ἢ κατοικτίσαντά πως, παρέσχε φωνὴν τοῖς ἀφωνήτοις τινά –> Wretched brother, tell him what you need. A multitude of words can be pleasurable, burdensome, or they can arouse pity somehow — they give a kind of voice to the voiceless.

τό, for ὠλενόκρανον, A = ὠλένης κρανίον (Ἀριστοφάνης ὀλέκρανα λέγει τὰ τῶν ὠλενῶν κρανία Suid.s.v. ὀλέκρανον,) point of the elbow, Arist.HA493b27 (v.l. ὀλέκρανον), al.; Hp. used ἀγκών for ὠλέκρανον, acc. to Gal. UP2.2,14: but ὀλέκρ. is found in Hp.Epid.7.61. [[[ὀλέκρανον]] is required by the metre in Ar.Pax443; τὸ ὠλέκρανον διὰ τοῦ ω προφέρουσιν, ἡ δὲ συνήθεια διὰ τοῦ ο Hellad. ap. Phot.p.533 B.; Phot. has ὠλ-, but places it after ὀλέκει.]
