(ὄρνυμι): returning, back again, back; with verbs of motion, ἄψορροι ἐκίομεν, Il. 21.456; mostly neut. sing. as adv., ἄψορρον βῆναι, καταβῆναι, προσέφην, Od. 9.501.
(ῥέω): back-flowing; of the stream of Oceanus that returns into itself, Il. 18.399†.
