Epictetus diss. 2,7, 9)) equivalent to end: used of the end of life, ἔκβασις τῆς ἀναστροφῆς τινων, in Hebrews 13:7, is not merely the end of their physical life, but the manner in which they closed a well-spent life as exhibited by their spirit in dying; cf. Delitzsch, at the passage.
